Spring Flowers and Herbs

 

Welcome to our Spring Class Offering

Together we settle in, break the ice and dive right into getting to know each other and the plants that we will be building relationships with.  We begin by learning the steps of plant communication through discussion, hands on observation, touching, smelling, test tasting and journaling. We will explore the ways we are connected to plants by tapping into our intuition and imagination.

The Second half of this class we will create a delicious intentional herbal pesto with the spring herbs and flowers from the forest and my home garden. We will chop and prep all the ingredients together, combine it all into a big batch and split and take home a 8oz jar of Pesto each.  

 

Each person will get to take home a few variations of medicinal herbal pesto making recipes, a simple paperback handmade nature journal, 8oz glass jar of herbal pesto and a certificate for 2.5hrs of Herbal Education.
